Conveniently located on Toorak Rd towards Chapel St, opposite the striking Capital Grand building and just a stones throw from South Yarra train station you will find us, the new kid on the block “Graze on Toorak”. A cozy yet stylish 38 seater restaurant and bar environment with a modern Australian approach to food, drink and cocktails.
A restaurant showcasing the freshest Australian fare with a strong emphasis on local Victorian producers, all backed up with the highly experienced skills of our renowned chef M.A Nicolaii , Graze on Toorak has landed with its’ feet running since we opened in late 2020.
Seamlessly combining two distinctive yet integrated offerings, Graze on Toorak has a dish and drink to fulfill your demands at any time of the day.
Why not kick start your morning with a Melbourne roasted Padre coffee to accompany a wide selection of 5 and Dime filled bagels, or maybe go for something a bit more substantial with our brunch choices ranging from cold smoked salmon with zucchini and corn fritters, spinach, poached egg and finger lime mascarpone to a cured trout salad with goats cheese, lime and shallot seasonal leaves with basil oil, or keep it a bit more simple with a classic Kaiserfleisch maple bacon, avocado, Persian fetta, poached egg, heirloom tomatoes and fresh sourdough, all available from 8am any day of the week.
Easing yourself into the afternoon stop by for a nibble on a chef’s rotation of cheeses and cured meats with our share boards (also available in the evening).
As afternoon nestles into evening, we like to take things up a notch. The Graze on Toorak menu evolves from brunch to offer a variety of share plates, all mouthwatering enough for any acclaimed foodie with a menu inspired from the Land, Sea, and Earth.
Select from a delicious array of beautifully curated plates including dry aged pork belly in charcoal buns with a mushroom mayo accompanied with a celeriac and apple remoulade, or Port Philip Bay baby squid with air dried chorizo, green garden tomatoes, garlic and shallot with red chilli flesh, not forgetting our earth choices such as carnaroli and coconut risotto, tartufata, forest mushrooms, sundried black carrot with a balsamic reduction.
Throughout the day and evening all our dishes can be complimented by our hand selected range of local craft beers, boutique wines and exquisite cocktails including a deliciously unique Umami Martini cocktail, a cheeky Pink Gin Sour cocktail, or a classic Old Fashioned cocktail. We also have a large range of hand picked local gins which can be sampled on one of our gin tasting flights, complete with tasting notes.
At Graze on Toorak we like to take a warm hearted approach to offering high quality locally sourced food and drinks. So whether you are swinging by for your morning coffee, a lazy brunch with a glass of fizz, enjoying a few share plates and a bottle of wine, or evening cocktails with friends, we are sure you’ll be wanting to come back again and again to try something new!
