Easing yourself into the afternoon stop by for a nibble on a chef’s rotation of cheeses and cured meats with our share boards (also available in the evening).
Select from a delicious array of beautifully curated plates including dry aged pork belly in charcoal buns with a mushroom mayo accompanied with a celeriac and apple remoulade, or Port Philip Bay baby squid with air dried chorizo, green garden tomatoes, garlic and shallot with red chilli flesh, not forgetting our earth choices such as carnaroli and coconut risotto, tartufata, forest mushrooms, sundried black carrot with a balsamic reduction.
All our dishes can be complimented by our hand selected range of local craft beers, boutique wines and exquisite cocktails including a deliciously unique Umami Martini cocktail, a cheeky Pink Gin Sour cocktail, or a classic Old Fashioned cocktail. We also have a large range of hand picked local gins which can be sampled on one of our gin tasting flights, complete with tasting notes.
